The attention we take with our product is why we’ve grown to be one of the most respected Class A Contractors and builders of storage buildings in Virginia & North Carolina.

Our new name and brand are truly representative of all parts of our business, from its early beginnings to where it is now headed into 2024 and beyond. Not only does it pay homage to our founders, Merlin and Linda, it also symbolizes a history of integrity, family roots and a commitment to local service.

The name also serves as a guide to the future of our business, and a new opportunity to expand into new markets and new offerings under a united new brand that exudes feelings of strength, durability and commitment, starting from the foundation of powerful rooted letters, through to the roof-line above the ‘M’.

Less Invasive – Your landscaping is protected, and you won’t have to worry about tire tracks from delivery vehicles. Also, trees and fences that can obstruct the delivery of a storage building are not an issue because we are on-site shed builders. Building on-site on your lot is backyard-friendly and is more flexible than pre-assembled delivery. Construction takes about a day, depending on the size of your building. Our friendly, professional crew will arrive on-site first thing in the morning, work quickly and efficiently, and will not leave a mess when they’re done.

Placement – Building on site means we can fit your building exactly where you want it and ensure that it’s perfectly level.

Foundation – Our building methods meet the building code requirements of your city or county.

Flooring – A storage building is only as good as its floor. We use pressure-treated runners that vary in size, based on the building dimensions. Pressure-treated floor joists placed 16″ apart are covered with 3/4″ plywood. Our floor system will easily support large garden tractors or heavy appliances and will last for many years.
