Our in-house design consultants will help you plan your dream space and offer you a customized quote that fits your budget. These custom designs are not available year-round and depend on our current workload so start planning yours now.

How it Works
Our process is simple. It starts with a consult and ends with your dream custom-built structure. Here’s how it works:
1. Design
You tell us about your dream for the space, and we’ll help make it a reality, giving you recommendations around size, structure, and scope along with an estimate of cost and timeline.
2. Build
Within a few weeks, we’ll complete a quality control review and guide you through the permitting process. When it’s time to build, your dedicated, licensed full-time crew will complete the work on site, on time, and on budget, as well as handle all inspections.
3. Expand
Now that you have a custom-built space that’s an extension of your home, you can also have peace of mind knowing you’re protected. In addition to relying on our 10-year structural warranty, you can reach out to us directly for support or additional services.
