Our 10 Year Limited Warranty Policy

Emerlin, Inc, a Virginia corporation, (the “seller”) warrants that the material only (not labor) sold hereunder will be free of manufacturing, material and installation defects as determined using industry standards, for a period of ten(10) years from date of purchase. At any time during the ownership of said building if warranty works is to be performed on said material there will be labor fees included.

The seller’s liability under the warranty shall be conditioned upon the buyer’s maintenance agreement and service of the material only in strict compliance with the written instructions and specifications provided by the seller. Any deviation from the seller’s instructions and specifications of any abuse, neglect, rental or commercial use of the material, or use other than normal and exposure, shall void seller’s warranty.

The roof and area around the base of the building must be properly maintained and kept free of any debris, leaves, grasses, and other materials. The seller’s liability and obligation under this warranty shall be limited only to replacement or repair the goods an in any event. Shall not exceed the original sale price of the particular item in which the nonconformity occurs. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LABOR CHANGES, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY OTHER SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY AGAINST DAMAGE CAUSED BY INSECTS OR PEST OR AS TO FINISHING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTENT BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
