This exterior shell is a 8.5′ by 20’ tiny house shell that maximizes its space to offer maximum potential to finish it out exactly as you see fit.
The Chesapeake was designed to have room for a full bathroom, kitchen, storage/ loft stairs, and living room while still being able to comfortably sleep 4 adults. With a 8.5′ overall width the Chesapeake does not require oversized load signage or hauling permits.
Sliding windows are used throughout to increase ventilation and to maximize natural light in the home.
Dual lofts are sized to fit up to a queen size beds or be used as bonus space.
The inside of this homes is unfinished and ready to be customized just as you imagine it to be.
